Elite Offshore’s Emergency Response Training for Initial Responders is designed to equip participants with essential skills to handle emergencies confidently and effectively. This comprehensive training program is especially tailored for industries that operate in high-risk environments, such as oil & gas, marine, and chemical plants. The course blends theory with practical exercises to ensure that participants are well-prepared to respond to various emergencies.
The program begins with an Introduction to key terminologies, types of emergencies, emergency planning etc before diving into other types of emergencies, mainly Rescue from Height, Confined Space Rescue, Fire fighting & rescue and handling emergencies such as chemical and toxic gas spillage. A hands-on Practical sessions are included for each emergency scenario, where participants practice real-life rescue techniques in vertical and horizontal scenarios.
The training program is based on OSHA 29 CFR 1910 guidelines and tailored to Company specific procedures and safety management system
This hands-on, practical approach ensures participants leave with a solid understanding of emergency response and rescue techniques, ready to act in real-world emergencies.
